2014 SICTA Survey Results

In December of 2014 SICTA sponsored a survey of all Sea Isle City property owners. It was a follow up to our last survey in 2009. The Stockton Polling Institute administered an online poll and reported the results. The survey response was very good and exceeded that of all past SICTA surveys with 708 respondents.

An executive summary of the survey findings has been recently shared with Mayor Desiderio and Council President Divney. SICTA will be presenting survey results to the full City Council, the Chamber of Commerce, and SICTA membership in the coming months.

If you would like to drill down more deeply and see the actual raw data that we summarized above, the survey results are organized into the following sections:

1.   An overview of who responded to the survey

2.   How well Sea Isle public services meet property owners’ needs

3.   How satisfied property owners are with life in Sea Isle City and the extent to which they use Sea Isle’s services and businesses

4.   What should be done with City owned properties, once the Municipal Complex is completed

5.   How Sea Isle City should address labor negotiations

6.   How SICTA is doing/where SICTA should focus in the future

A summary of the narrative (free-form) comments will be published soon.

If you have any questions or comments, please send them to survey@sicta.org.
